Jessica is an editor and writer based in the UK.
In 2018, Jessica founded Wasteland, an online journal with an aesthetic lens on film and visual culture, for which she remains the editor-in-chief. Correspondingly, Jessica is the creative director and editor of Wasteland's monthly newsletter, founded in 2020.
In addition to her editorial role at Wasteland, Jessica has attended film festivals as a member of press and written for various publications, including MUBI Notebook.
Later this year, Jessica will begin a postgraduate degree in Film Aesthetics at the University of Oxford. Jessica's research interests include but are not limited to spectatorship, 60s and 70s cinema, documentary, silent film, and shorts.
